Banana Mush

This is one of my favorite snacks because it’s easy and quick to preapre, super healthy, and very filling! When I was little, I nicknamed it “banana mush” because…well… it literally *is* a banana mush!

Banana Mush

Ingredients:

* Banana

* Cinnamon

*Raw oats

Preparation: Peel banana, and mush it with a fork, like so:

 Sprinkle raw oats over it and top it all of with cinnamon.

Ta-da! It’s that easy! Healthy doesn’t have to mean expensive, time-consuming, or complicated!
